- The call goes unanswered. The system notices within seconds and sends the caller a text from your business number.

- It checks your rules. Service area, the jobs you take, your hours and any questions you always need answered.
- It books, or hands off. A qualified customer gets a time in your calendar. Anything that needs judgment goes to a person.
- Everything is saved. The conversation, the answers and the booking land in your CRM, and you are notified.
What it will not do
- Pretend to be a person. Our AI front desk always says it is AI.
- Make up prices. It quotes only what you have approved, or says someone will confirm.
- Handle complaints, refunds or anything legal or medical on its own. Those go to a person.
