SMS Terms
The terms of the KBX Digital text messaging program: what we send, how often, how to stop, and how your number is handled.

The program
KBX Digital sends business text messages about your Visibility Check and the services related to it: a confirmation that we received your request, a note when your report is ready, scheduling for the walk-through call, and answers to questions you ask us. We do not send promotional blasts.
How you opt in
By ticking the consent box under the Visibility Check form on this site, or by texting or emailing us and asking us to text you back. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from KBX Digital. We record when you consented and the wording you agreed to.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Most people receive a handful of messages around their Visibility Check, and none after that unless they ask. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that we send nothing further unless you opt in again. You can also email contact@kbx-digital.com and we will remove the number by hand.

Carriers
Messages are sent over US carrier networks through a carrier-registered business number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
Mobile phone numbers and texting consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle the rest of your information is in the Privacy Policy.
