What we collect on this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Plain English, no surprises.

Who we are
KBX Digital builds and runs the CRM, automations, AI operators and registered texting a small business runs on. The business is run by Kaden Bardalez from Belize and works with clients remotely. You can reach us at contact@kbx-digital.com.
This policy explains what information we collect on kbx-digital.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
What you give us. The Visibility Check form asks for your business name, website, your name, email address, mobile phone number, and a short description of your biggest bottleneck. If you tick the texting consent box, we also record that you did, when, and the exact wording that was on screen, because that is what the carriers ask us to keep.
What our systems record. Like every website, our hosting keeps server logs: the pages requested, the time, your IP address and browser type. We use them to keep the site running and secure.
Analytics. When analytics is switched on, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used. They set cookies and record page views and interactions. They do not read anything you type into the form before you submit it. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker and the site works the same.
How we use it
To prepare your Visibility Check, to send it to you, and to talk to you about it and about the services it describes. To run the site and keep it secure. To meet the record-keeping rules of the carriers that deliver business text messages.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only service providers acting on our instructions to do the above: our web host, our email provider, the CRM we run our follow-up in, and the carriers that deliver text messages. Each receives only what it needs for its job. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and texting consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the SMS Terms for the full texting program.
Text messages
You only receive text messages from KBX Digital if you ticked the consent box on the form or asked us by text or email. Consent is never a condition of buying anything. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. The details are in the SMS Terms.
How long we keep it
Visibility Check details for as long as we are talking to you about it and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick the conversation back up if you return. Texting consent records for as long as the carriers require. Server logs for a short, rolling period. You can ask us to delete your details at any time (below).
Your choices
Email contact@kbx-digital.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within a few business days. To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop emails, reply to any email and say so.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information: encrypted connections to the site, access limited to the people who need it, and accounts registered to the business. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong, but we will tell you if something affecting your information does.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date at the top. Material changes to how we use information you have already given us will be sent to the email address we hold.
